By using Slunora you agree to these terms. We try to keep them short and clear.
Effective from 9 July 2026
Slunora is an online tool for diagnosing solar performance, aimed at end owners. It offers a quick check, inverter connection for ongoing evaluation, a new-installation simulator, and a roof shading check.
Slunora's outputs are indicative and based on the data available to us. We follow the principle that the application never claims more than the data can support: every finding states its confidence level, and economic outputs are always a range (low–high estimate) with stated assumptions, never a single “exact” number.
Slunora does not replace a professional inspection, revision, or the work of a service technician. Before any intervention on your plant, follow the manufacturer's instructions and consult a qualified professional. You are responsible for decisions made based on the outputs.
We run a “lite” account — password-free, tied to your e-mail. Access to results may rely on a link that must be protected like a credential.
By connecting an inverter vendor account you confirm you are authorised to access that system. We store credentials encrypted and, at your request, delete them at any time by disconnecting the system.
Use the service lawfully and only for systems you are authorised to access. Do not attempt to overload the service or circumvent its technical limits.
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the outputs, nor for the unavailability of third-party services (inverter vendors, PVGIS, map tiles) on which the diagnostics depend.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
